MY DOUBT ON SUN

           In the core of the sun,hydrogen nuclei fuse to form helium nuclei.In this process they release large amounts of energy.700 million tons of hydrogen is fused every second in core of the Sun and nearly 5 million tons of this matter is lost as energy.IF THIS IS TRUE,THEN

           Energy can be neither created nor destroyed.But we create energy here?Can this energy be transformed to matter again?equal to the weight lost by the sun?Can this energy have weight?i.e,can a photon possess weight?If yes,how to calculate weight of photon?Plants prepare food by photosynthesis,So,is this lost matter by sun contributed to the matter created by plants?Man gains vitamin D from the sunlight.Vitamin D is a matter?So,is man gaining matter due to sunlight?How does the sun's energy travel?in waveform or particle form or dual?In the LHC experiment, a photon collides with electron and matter was created by release of energy.So a photon binds electrons?Can the mass of an atom/photon increase when it attains a finite velocity?
